I don't know who makes this cute scarecrow stamp. I did this card as part of a MCPT (magic coloring pencil technique) challenge held on the Cricut Message Board. I used my prismas and odorless mineral spirits to color in the stamp. Crows beak and and pumkins are highlighted with crystal effects to give them a little bit of shine.
